wow, i am in a total state of elation right now! allow me share why...

a site that i constantly look to for news in the animation world (animatedviews.com) has just put up a notification for a new animated Zombie movie that may be released in the near future!!! here is the trailer...

so, pretty much, i am happy right now. as typical as it may be, i am a huge fan of zombie apocalypse, and thrive off of every zombie story ever told... wow, thats kind of sad...

Anyway, there is no set release date because as of yet, a studio has not confirmed taking on board the project... in any case, this trailer is pretty rad :)

Today is a great day in that it is a one Norman Rockwell's birthday. This man is a legend in of himself! his works of art are known to everyone everywhere and are singularly recognizable. His impressive list of work includes painting three hundred and twenty two original covers for the Saturday Evening Post in a span of forty-seven years.

Quickie...

I have a good friend who is in the marines and is meant to leave for Iraq this spring. Last year he got a tattoo in honor of his fellow marines, and before he leaves this year he is going to get another. he approached me about designing a piece for him just recently and so i wanted to share the concept i came up with based off of his description...

it is not much, but it's a work in progress, hopefully after i flesh it out he will be able to get it before he leaves.

In other news, planning for my comic has been going well; i feel as though i am making great progress story-wise. We shall see how long this lasts....

Also... note to self....

never underestimate the power of a migraine again! i got them pretty often, but this one really knocked me back a few feet... always, ALWAYS carry aspirin wherever you go...
