Felt like doing another post. Also, i felt the need to express the sheer joy i felt after watching
Dreamworks "How to Train Your Dragon". Pretty much, it was amazing; i usually watch Dreamworks animated films with a slight shadow of doubt (i mean, they are no Pixar), considering that several of their films have been severely lacking in quality. Now, i love their films just as much as the next person, but it is easy to tell when a movie is out for money, and when it is a true work of heart. Take for example Kung Fu Panda, The Prince of Egypt, Madagascar and El Dorado.... those were works of heart. On the other hand Shrek 3, Bee Movie, and Monsters V.S Aliens felt more like money makers then anything else.
"How to Train Your Dragon" was fantastic. Good story, characters, development, animation, emotion, moral, everything! Truly an enjoyable film... Check it out!
Also, if you are hoping to see a really amazing example of Visual Effects, check out Tim Burtons Alice in Wonderland. the story is slightly lacking, but it truly is beautiful!
Aaannd, for future viewing, these look pretty great.
